I have taken Holly Julier’s classes for nearly 3 years and am convinced that she REALLY knows her stuff. Holly brings strength, flexibility, balance, and muscle development to areas that were previously untouched. She is able to accommodate personal limitations with ease and each session is varied and never boring. Additionally, Holly is fun, approachable and has such an uplifting attitude.
